This is our Oasis with Heavy Park & Recreation Integration Model, designed to be free for tourists, and is tailored for municipalities, counties, or states aiming to bolster their local tourism by introducing an eco-friendly destination near their cities. Funding for this venture could be secured through the allocation of a portion of the municipality's budget, transforming a barren land into a vibrant "Paradise Park." The park would be managed under the local Parks & Recreation division, serving as an eco-conscious symbol of the city's commitment to sustainable practices.

Despite its primary purpose as a public amenity, the park could still integrate revenue generating businesses. Complementary amenities, such as juice bars and restaurants, could be strategically located near shelters along the paradise walkway section, adding value to the visitor experience and stimulating the local economy. Semi-underground shelters can offer a unique dining environment while maintaining the natural aesthetics of the oasis.

By embracing the concept of mega-afforestation through supraterraformation, municipalities can create an eco-tourism destination that not only provides a lush retreat for their citizens but also puts them on the map as pioneers in sustainable urban development. This innovative approach serves as an invitation to the world, encouraging them to witness and partake in the future of environmental transformation.
